Your climate solution can change the world. But only if the right people notice and trust you…
You’re busy building something transformative. Buzzing with ideas and stories, but too deep in the trenches to post about it. You have a nagging guilt that you should be ‘putting yourself out there’ more, but your LinkedIn activity is little more than occasional reposts of your company page. Your marketing lead keeps meaning to help you, but they’re swamped…
If this is you, I can help. I can turn your expertise into a high-authority online presence that builds trust and attracts opportunities on autopilot, while you stay focused on building your business.
People trust leaders, not logos
Imagine a future where clean energy is the default, materials are circular, and nature is thriving. To get there, we need more than just great tech — we need leaders who are willing to speak up and bring people with them.
While company pages are important, the LinkedIn algorithm (and human nature) favours individuals. Personal profiles typically see up to 3x more engagement than company pages because people trust human beings, not logos.
Trust is the ultimate currency — especially for climate solutions, where greenwashing, polarisation, jargon and despair are rife.
By building your personal authority, you move from being a quiet builder to a recognised industry leader, unlocking:
Inbound opportunities: Attract pre-qualified leads, mission-aligned investors, partners, talent and media attention.
Niche authority: Become the go-to expert for your specific climate solution.
Company growth: Boost brand awareness for your startup through "founder-led" marketing.
Strategic influence: Shape the industry conversation instead of just watching it happen.
You have the insights. I have the strategy and the digital writing frameworks. Let’s make sure the right people hear you.
A strategic partner who speaks your language
I’m not a generalist content writer. I’m a climate comms specialist with a decade of experience in the trenches of the sustainability sector.
10+ years of industry experience: I’ve worked in-house as a Comms & Marketing Manager for B2B climate tech and sustainability organisations like CDP and TransitionZero. I’ve worked with clients like EcoVadis and Bioregional. I already understand the nuances of the energy transition, supply chain decarbonisation, green buildings and sustainability regulations.
Strategic marketing mindset: I don’t just “write posts”. I think about your funnel, your brand positioning, and your long-term business goals.
Experienced writer: Beyond my professional roles, I’ve been writing online since 2010. I’ve studied best-practice digital writing frameworks through courses like Ship30For30.
Mission-driven: I am a signatory of the Clean Creatives Pledge. This is my passion and I only work with companies actively building climate solutions. I am as invested in your mission as you are.

Real results from a leader like you
You don’t need to go viral to see a return on your time. You just need to show up consistently in the right circles with something interesting to say.
I’ve been ghostwriting LinkedIn thought leadership content for a senior sustainability executive for over a year. By moving from sporadic updates to consistently publishing thoughtful, high-authority content in line with his strategic goals (at just 3 posts per month), the results have been undeniable:
191% increase in impressions: Expanding his reach across the sector.
60% follower growth: Building a dedicated audience of peers, partners, and decision-makers.
High-signal reach: Individual posts reaching up to 10k–15k views within his specific niche.
Genuine engagement: His posts regularly attract dozens of thoughtful comments, sparking discussions within his industry.
But beyond the numbers, the real impact happens in human conversations.
My client now has peers approaching him at conferences to discuss his latest posts, reconnecting with contacts he hasn’t spoken to in years, and he regularly has relevant people reaching out to him. For example, recently he received a direct inbound request for a meeting from the VP of Sustainability at a major global corporation who specifically mentioned loving his LinkedIn posts about their field of work.
The goal isn't to be 'LinkedIn famous'. The goal is to ensure that when a potential customer, partner or investor looks you up, they see a leader worth talking to.
How it works: A low-friction monthly rhythm
Body: I know you’re busy. Don’t worry, I have designed a super smooth and efficient process to make the most of our time together. Once we’re up and running, our rhythm looks like this.
The interview: One 45-min monthly recorded conversation (via Google Meet) to extract your latest insights. I transcribe our calls so I can use your direct words and unique phrasing as my baseline.
The draft: I send you a full month’s batch of posts and the long-form article in one go.
The review: You review, we do 1-2 rounds of edits if needed, and you approve.
The result: Your content is scheduled for the month, and your authority grows while you work.
The first month is all about laying the foundations. The focus is on onboarding, the content strategy, and the profile refresh, before moving on to our first 2- 3 posts and a live feedback session to hone your tone of voice. This sets us up for success.
After that, we kick off full content production from month 2.
Let’s see if we’re a fit
Setting up a high-authority LinkedIn presence is a big step, and it only works if we’re a great match.
Go from silent LinkedIn scroller occasionally reposting from your company page to becoming a known leading voice on your climate solution — without using more than 90 of your minutes per month.
The best way to start is with a 30-minute discovery call. It’s a low-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about your business goals and mission. I’ll explain the process in detail and answer any questions you have.
Available during UK school hours, Mon-Thurs. Limited to 3 retainer slots.

This is a common concern for leaders who have never worked with a ghostwriter, and it’s a valid one. My role isn't to put words in your mouth; it’s to help you crystallise your own.
Every idea, opinion, and story we publish will be yours. By using call transcriptions, I mirror your unique vocabulary and perspective back to you. I simply act as your editor and strategist — structuring your thoughts so they are engaging, accessible, and designed to actually be read and remembered. -
If you love writing and have the time to do it consistently, that could work! But in my experience, most leaders have so many demands on their time that they really struggle to make time to write and publish content consistently. You might do great this month, then completely drop the ball next month when a big product launch hits or you have to firefight an unexpected crisis.
Being consistent really matters with online content. You simply won’t get very good results unless you can commit to posting week after week, for a long time. I know from experience it’s really, really hard to do that for yourself. But for me - that’s my whole job, so I make sure it happens.
Also, having an outside perspective can help make your content stronger. Because I’m not in the weeds of your internal jargon, I can make things more accessible for your audience. -
Again, this could work if they have the time, resources and skills in-house to prioritise this consistently and give it the focus it deserves. But in my experience, marketing teams are very stretched, especially in fast-growing startups. They are probably swamped with just running the brand channels.

AI can help with a lot of things, but I really wouldn’t recommend it for this. Unless you pour many hours into detailed prompting, it will give you bland, generic content that could have been written by anyone and will fail to stand out in busy feeds.
If people think it sounds like AI, it will damage your brand.
What’s more, LinkedIn is now clamping down on AI content and will tank the reach of anything they suspect was written with AI. (Ironically, they use AI to detect AI…) -
Thought leadership content is a long game - it will likely take months before you see significant results. And ghostwriting is quite a personal thing that works best when you have a close working relationship. The longer we work together, the better I will know your voice and your opinions on key topics, which improves our workflow and quality.
This is why I always work on a monthly retainer basis, and for a minimum of 3 months. -
We can skip the interview occasionally if we need to - I can draw from previous month’s calls and you can send extra notes via email or voice notes.
However, I find the monthly interview is really valuable and important to keep as a standard part of our workflow. My clients have said that talking their ideas through with me helped them strengthen their thinking. I can ask you follow-up questions and dig deeper on interesting anecdotes or strong opinions. And talking to you live helps me capture your voice and personality in your content, so it truly sounds like you.

In our first month, we’ll do a deep dive on your content strategy - which will include defining your content pillars. These are 2-4 big themes that all your content will relate back to. Within this, we’ll define several topics and brainstorm content ideas for your first few months of content. Each month, we will pick a topic to focus on. I will prepare some prompts/questions for your interview relating to this topic, and you can bring ideas too. The long-form article and most of your 8 posts will focus on one topic per month, with a few posts saved for other things you want to talk about that month.
Everything will relate back to your business goals, so we’re never just chasing engagement for its own sake.
