  • Content Writing: Blog Posts

    Benefits: Publishing high-value, educational articles on your website is the backbone of most content marketing strategies. With well-planned and SEO-optimised blog content, you can attract relevant search traffic to your website, build trust with your audience and move them along the buyer journey. This could include driving traffic to your services pages or collecting email signups.

    How I can help: I can write blog posts for you on a wide range of sustainability and energy related topics, either as a one-off project or as part of a monthly package. This includes research and links to reputable sources, writing in line with your brand style, crafting clickable headlines, SEO-optimisation, and revisions based on your feedback.

    Pricing: Depends on many factors including the complexity of the content, how much research is required, length, time sensitivity and whether I will have author credit. For a 700-1,000 word article on a topic I am familiar with, with an author byline, generally between £100-£250 per article.

  • Ghostwriting: Thought Leadership Package

    Benefits: On social media, people don’t really want to hear from brands, they want to hear from people. As a founder or small business owner, you are the face of your business, and growing your personal brand naturally grows your business brand. You have a wealth of insights to share, but you’re probably too busy running your business to write blog articles or post on social media.

    How I can help: I can interview you to draw out your ideas and insights and then synthesise these into engaging and well-crafted articles, in your voice. Then I’ll take it a step further and repurpose the long-form article into several pieces of punchy short-form content for LinkedIn. This will grow your reach online, build your reputation as an expert in your niche and help you stay top of mind with your audience, so they come to you when they need your services, and recommend you to others. (You might even get inbound leads directly on LinkedIn as well).

    Pricing: £700 per month for a package of one blog article and four LinkedIn posts based on it each month.

  • Copywriting: Website Copy

    Benefits: Your website needs to grab attention, speak to your ideal audience, showcase you and your business in the best possible light, and move visitors along the journey towards working with you. Perhaps you have a basic website but it’s out of date or not well optimised, or you need to create a brand new website. Writing about yourself is hard even if you have the skills to do it. And if you’re not a ‘words person’ then it’s even harder.

    How I can help: I can chat to you about your goals, target audience, what you offer and your unique selling points, and then edit and rewrite your existing or draft website copy. If needed I can also write from scratch just based on talking to you and any other materials about your products or services you can share. As an additional extra I can also include a simple SEO strategy and incorporate relevant keywords into your copy.

  • Consulting: Messaging and Marketing Strategy

    Benefits: Having crystal clear messaging and a clear marketing strategy is absolutely key to your business success. If you have messy, fragmented and disjointed messaging, then people will be unsure what you can offer and will be less likely to work with you. And if you are creating or paying for content without a clear marketing strategy, you will probably be wasting your time and money. Everything needs to fit together, otherwise you’re just shouting into the void and hoping for the best!

    How I can help: I can chat to you about your business and help you tease out and define your key messages, starting with your vision and mission. Based on your business goals, audience insights and competitors, I can develop a content marketing strategy for you which maps out which channels you should focus on, what kind of content to create, how and when to promote it, ambitious but realistic targets and a roadmap for implementation. I can also create a comms plan for a specific project, campaign or report launch, or plan a content marketing funnel for a specific product.
